- Aggregated Analytics Data: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service. It collects aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data such as page views, referrers, browser type, and country. No cookies are set and no individual visitors are tracked. See Section 7 for more details.
- 3D Model and Sensor Data: When using the AKULAR platform, we may collect metadata related to 3D models, building information models (BIM), IoT sensor readings, and camera feeds you upload or connect.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from business partners, technology integrations (such as Autodesk, Bentley Systems, Procore, or Verkada), and publicly available sources to enhance our services and communications.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide you services, or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This Site does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking technologies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is entirely cookieless and does not collect personal data.
Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security cookies (such as __cf_bm) to protect the Site from malicious traffic. These cookies are essential for security, do not track you across websites, and are exempt from consent requirements under applicable privacy laws.
Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms. Netlify does not set cookies on your browser in connection with form submissions.
All fonts used on this Site are self-hosted. No external requests are made to third-party font services.
